How is the gift card delivered?
By email, straight after checkout, to whichever address you enter. It contains a unique code the recipient types in at checkout. You can send it to yourself and forward it, or enter the recipient's email so it goes to them directly.
Does it expire?
No. Charge Products gift cards have no expiry date, and any unused balance stays on the card for the next order.
Can it be used on anything?
Yes. Every product on chargeproducts.co.uk, in any pack size, including sale items and subscriptions. It cannot be used on our eBay or TikTok Shop listings, only on this site.
What if the order costs more or less than the card?
More: the recipient pays the difference by card at checkout. Less: the remaining balance stays on the gift card for next time.
Can I add a message?
Yes. Add it in the order notes at checkout and we include it in the gift email.
Can gift cards be refunded or exchanged for cash?
No. They are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in line with our terms. If a code has not arrived within an hour, check the spam folder and then email sales@chargeproducts.co.uk with the order number.
Can I buy one for a business or a team?
Yes. For several cards or a bulk amount, email sales@chargeproducts.co.uk and we will set it up on one invoice.
