How we write every product page
The register decides the claims
Great Britain keeps an official list of the health claims a food supplement may use, nutrient by nutrient, with fixed wording. If a nutrient is on it and the serving clears 15% of the reference value, the claim goes on the page in register wording. If it isn't, the page says so.
Every claim gets an explanation
Register wording on its own tells you nothing. Under each claim we add a plain-English line on the mechanism: what the nutrient does in the body that the claim describes. The explanation never adds a promise the claim doesn't make.
No-claim ingredients are sold on specification
NMN, L-theanine, ashwagandha, berberine and the rest have no authorised claim, so their pages give the amount, the purity or extract ratio, the source and the test results, and stop there. We would rather tell you the law than dress it up.
Form, amount and %NRV, always
Cholecalciferol not vitamin D; magnesium bisglycinate 650mg providing 85mg magnesium, not just 650mg. The elemental figure is what the claims are measured against and it is on every label and page.
Warnings first, not last
Where an ingredient interacts with medication or has a ceiling, the red box is at the top of the page, before the buy button, not in an FAQ at the bottom.
Two numbers kept apart
On NMN, the 99.99% purity comes from the supplier's HPLC batch specification and the heavy-metal figures from Eurofins. Most listings blur them; ours name which number came from where.
Where the products come from
Charge Products is Big Idea Services Ltd, trading since 2016 from Unit 1, 8 Towerfield Road, Southend-on-Sea. Capsules are filled on our own line in that unit, which holds a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating from Southend-on-Sea City Council; we were among the first UK sellers to self-encapsulate NMN and have done so since 2016. Powders are weighed and packed to order rather than held long-dated. Tablets are pressed to our specification by UK contract manufacturers. Raw materials come with a supplier technical dossier and a batch certificate of analysis, and the figures on our pages are quoted from those documents as issued.

How many products do you sell?
Around 140 live listings across capsules, tablets, powders and a small cosmetics range, most of them in several pack sizes from a 30-day trial up to bulk. Capsules are filled and powders packed in our own unit in Southend-on-Sea; tablets are made to our specification.
How do you decide what a product page can say?
By the Great Britain nutrition and health claims register. If a nutrient has an authorised claim and the serving provides at least 15% of its reference value, we use the claim in register wording and add a plain-English line on the mechanism. If an ingredient has no authorised claim, the page says so and sells it on amount, purity and source. That rule is applied to every listing on this site, eBay and TikTok Shop.
What does 'no fillers' mean on your capsules?
The capsule contains the ingredient and an HPMC shell, nothing else: no microcrystalline cellulose, rice flour, magnesium stearate or silica. Tablets cannot be pressed without binders, so we never describe a tablet as having no fillers; the excipients are listed on each tablet page.
Where is the Eurofins testing shown?
On the NMN pages. Eurofins Scientific UK tests our NMN raw material for heavy metals by ICP-MS and we publish the four figures, not just a pass. Purity is a separate figure from the supplier's batch specification by HPLC, and the pages keep the two apart.
Delivery and returns?
Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday leave Southend-on-Sea the same day. Free UK delivery over £10. Unused, sealed products can be returned within 30 days; the returns page has the address. Customer service is open 9:00am to 3:30pm on weekdays at sales@chargeproducts.co.uk.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Capsules loose by the thousand, powders to 25kg, tablets to 25,000, white label and private label for qualifying buyers, capsule filling to order. Supplier dossiers and batch certificates of analysis are supplied for your technical file. Use the contact page for a trade price.
Are you the same Charge Products as on eBay?

Which products should I not take with medication?
The pages say so up front, in a red box, wherever it matters: potassium with ACE inhibitors and potassium-sparing diuretics; vitamin K2 with warfarin; berberine with metformin; St John's Wort with almost anything; L-tyrosine and PEA with MAOIs; magnesium spaced from antibiotics. If you take any regular medication, check with a pharmacist before adding a supplement.
