Which supplements here carry authorised UK health claims?

Magnesium — normal muscle function, energy-yielding metabolism, protein synthesis, electrolyte balance, reduction of tiredness and fatigue (plus four more). Potassium — normal muscle function, nervous system function, maintenance of normal blood pressure. Zinc — normal protein synthesis, maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, normal macronutrient metabolism. Amino acids, caffeine and NMN have none.

Does caffeine have authorised health claims in the UK?

No. There are no authorised EU/UK health claims for caffeine on the GB NHC Register — the applications were not approved. We describe our caffeine products by specification only: purity, CAS number, mesh grade and dose per serving. Any UK seller telling you what caffeine does for performance is making an unauthorised claim.

How much caffeine is safe?

UK Food Standards Agency guidance is a maximum of 400mg per day for healthy adults, and 200mg per day during pregnancy. Caffeine anhydrous powder is extremely potent — a milligram precision scale is mandatory and it must never be measured by teaspoon or any volume measure. Not suitable for under 18s.

What does elemental magnesium mean?

Magnesium glycinate is a compound — magnesium bound to glycine. A 650mg capsule of magnesium glycinate contains about 85mg of actual elemental magnesium, which is 23% NRV. The compound weight and the mineral weight are very different figures, and we publish both so you can compare properly.

Do your capsules contain fillers?

Our capsule range contains zero fillers — active ingredient and vegan HPMC capsule shell only. Tablets require binders to compress and these are declared in full on each product page. We don't claim "no fillers" on tablet products.
