What Is Ashwagandha?
Withania somnifera — commonly known as Ashwagandha or Indian Ginseng — is a botanical herb native to India and North Africa that has been used in Ayurvedic tradition for over 3,000 years. It is classified as a Rasayana herb in traditional Ayurvedic practice.
