Why the NMN half of this capsule makes no health claims
In Great Britain a supplement seller may only use health claims from the official register. NMN has none. That is not the same as "no research": human trials on NMN have been published in Science and Endocrine Journal. It reflects the fact that getting one claim authorised typically takes 5 to 10 years and a dossier costing £100K+, and nobody has done that for NMN.

Why 385mg: declared from the fill, not the recipe
The blend goes into a size 00 shell and settles at a 600mg fill. Weighed, that is 385mg of NMN and 215mg of liposomal vitamin C per capsule, 600mg in total. We declare from the minimum fill we measured, so every capsule delivers at least what the label says. A rounder number would have been easier to print and harder to defend.

Liposomal vitamin C is roughly a quarter ascorbic acid by weight; the rest is the phospholipid carrier. 215mg of the ingredient provides about 53mg of vitamin C, 67% of the reference value. That is the figure the claims are measured against, and the figure we put on the label.
The sublingual test
Open a capsule and put the contents under your tongue. Pure NMN dissolves fast with a clean, slightly tart taste. Grittiness, sweetness or a residue points to a bulking agent. We prefer this to the old glass-of-water test, because several common fillers are insoluble in cold water and a cloudy glass proves nothing either way.
Why soya lecithin
