Are these medicines?

No. All products are supplied as food supplements — not medicines. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Where a product carries an authorised EU/UK health claim under retained Regulation 1924/2006, that claim is stated exactly on the product page.

Do your capsules contain fillers?

The majority of our capsule range contains zero fillers — active ingredient and vegan HPMC capsule shell only. No microcrystalline cellulose, no magnesium stearate, no silicon dioxide. Tablets require binders to compress and these are declared in full on each product page.

Where are your supplements made?

In-house at our own facility at Unit 1, 8 Towerfield Road, Towerfield Industrial Estate, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS3 9QE. 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating awarded by Southend-on-Sea City Council. Big Idea Services Ltd, Company No. 11645389, established 2016.

Capsules or tablets — which should I choose?

Capsules allow zero-filler formulation because the powder is enclosed rather than compressed — best for single ingredients and botanical extracts. Tablets require binders but allow higher active loading in a smaller physical size, which suits some minerals and high-ratio extracts. Both give fixed, clearly declared servings.

Do you dispatch from the UK?

Yes. All stock is UK-held and dispatched from our Essex facility. Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Free UK delivery on orders over £10.

Are your capsules suitable for vegans?

Our capsule shells are HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose) — plant-derived, not gelatin. Individual product pages confirm vegan suitability including for tablet formats where binders may vary.

Do you supply wholesale?

Yes. Bulk and trade supply available on selected lines, with white-label options for qualifying trade buyers. Raw ingredient wholesale applies to powder formats. Contact us for trade pricing, MOQ and COA.

Yes — we offer both Klarna and Shop Pay Installments. Orders over £50 can be spread across 3 interest-free instalments with either provider.
